This bunk bed was easy to put together with help from the instructions. It took just about two hours to put the bunk bed together. I would rate this five stars out of five because of the price I paid and just how easy it wast put bunk beds together. This bunk bed set is well worth every penny.

You stated that two people were needed to put this bed together, but it was so easy that I managed alone, great bed, great construction, more than meets my five year olds needs, very handsome, solid bed, very pleased.

Do not buy from this seller! When we received the bed, it came with a third of the wooden slats that it needs to support a mattress. Even light children cannot use it, as when you even lay on a thick spring mattress, you can still feel the slats underneath as well as the fact that the mattress is sinking between the huge gaps. I have sent many emails, and spoken to two different representatives over approximately 3 months to get more slats, to no avail. They told us that they have ordered slats, but apparently it still hasn't cleared US customs (2.5 months now!). However, more beds are on sale, as they seem to have managed to clear customs. Strange huh? I have to keep calling and emailing, and they don't even have the courtesy to update me on the supposed progress! We still can't use the bed! Do not make our mistake!
