shipping great. this thing didnt even last 1 month before the rails gave way to a 50lb. girl, then the side of the top bunk just split in half all the way across and that was it for the bunkbeds was now a single. did come with bunkie boards but they needed to be nailed down and when assembleing besure the clasp the rail closer together or the board with just slide out all the time and bee on the floor. looked great which is why i got it but boy that all it did.

Super upset about the item I have received versus the item that was described. Listing states "Comes mattress-ready with slat roll foundatons--no bunkie boards needed." No slat rolls any where! Description also states "includes: (4) side rails, (2) head boards, (2) foot boards, (1) ladder, and (26) wood slats". The key here being the (26) wood slats, we received 8 pieces of wood. My 30 pound son sinks into the hole between the wood slats. I have contacted the seller to see if they will make it right. I sure would hate to have to take it appart, assembly was a nightmare. Looks nice, I do like the ladder style and the overall color.
Would like to say that the seller has sent the propper support beams can def hold a 100 pound person now. Still not the sturdiest piece of furniture but you do get what you pay for and this product still exceeds the price! Thank You Mom's Bunk House for being an amazing retailer! Super quick to fix the issue!
