I believed, based on the picture, that I would receive both the upper and lower beds. In fact, only the upper bed is included, and apparently the lower bed is available at an additional cost. I probably would have just paid the extra at the time had I known this was the case, but it is very disappointing to find this out after the fact. It seems deceptive to show this picture but include only one of the beds.
