After buying this product because I thought it was the entire bunk bed, it is NOT, it is just the conversion kit and we had to pay shipping to get the item and the shipping back. I feel I was mislead. I even had 4 people look at this bunk bed and none of us noticed it was just the conversion kit.

MORE IMPORTANTLY, I know this was my error in ordering but the customer service with UnbeatableSale, Inc. WAS HORRIBLE. I will NEVER buy from this company again and will make sure to tell EVERYONE I know not to as well.

I have never done a review but had to with this terrible customer service!!

Please be careful and know what you are buying because if it is wrong this company WILL NOT work with you!!!

If I could put no stars I would. I had the same issue, I thought this was a bunk bed and it is NOT, it is just a KIT. Which is ridiculous! Where is the other pieces? We went to get it shipped back after complaining and wanting to return it, because for the same reason we did not see it was only a KIT! The shipping comes out to about $150 which is the same price as the bunk bed. I called the company and they said they do not offer free shipping back to the company. What is the point of paying shipping to send something back and than only getting your shipping money back?! So not only are you not getting a refund but you are not having a bunk bed either. Nice way to scam people out of a quick $150. I should have just threw the money in the trash because that's basically what happened here. I don't write reviews either. But I felt cheated and of course what can we do right?! Don't buy this product.
