The Oak Harbor twin over double bunk bed features a roomy full size bootom bunk that can be removed. Featuring the low headboard and footboard with rounded posts and spindles, the bed is the perfect addition to any child's room. The beds can be used as two separate beds when the boys are younger, and combined to a bunk bed when they are a bit older. A collection that inspires the imagination and welcomes retreat, Oak Harbor is crafted of rustic oak solids and heavily scaled for a distinctly masculine appeal. Stylish and functional, this collection offers an abundance of storage options. Distinctive design features include a lightly distressed, low-sheen finish, framed drawer fronts, substantial posts and tops, louvered panels, antique brass hardware and rounded edges for safety. Captain's drawers not included. This bed features a Hi-Lo Bed Rail Locking System that gives you two height settings for your mattress - Hi to accommodate under-bed storage and pull-out trundle beds, and Lo to convert the bed to a toddler bed - a safety feature - for that time when your child has just outgrown the crib, but not yet ready for a bed of regular height. This bed also features a handy Slat Roll Mattress Support that provides stability and eliminates the need to use a box spring or bunkie board.
