Night & Day - Cinnamon Twin over Twin Bunk Bed with Choice of Finishes

The reason for giving this vendor a star is b/c the site won't allow me to post the review without it....I placed this order on 4/26/2010 right before moving into my new home so my kids could have a new bed to sleep. The order arrived late and broken. One of the frame's leg was broken due to poor packaging. I contacted the vendor and was advised to take a picture of the item, e-mail it as proved of the damage and then advised that within 2 days I was going have a replacement. The replacement never arrived and after contacting both Amazon and the vendor numerous time for status on the delivery I was advised that I was going to receive a full credit. I purchased a new bed and short after Amazon never gave me the credit as promised. I did several appeals demanding for my refund but neither Amazon nor the vendor cared. We bought these bunk beds about 3 1/2 years ago (August '07) for our then 3 yr old son. As expected, they require some effort putting them together. We've had no problems since we've had them. After quite a bit of use, the beds are still sturdy and look great, exactly as pictured. We have another son that just turned 3 and we were considering buying these same beds for him (he may inherit a bed from relatives so we're not sure yet). Bunk beds are great for when friends sleep over or when relatives are visiting from out of town. Our sons love them. We bought these beds because they were all solid wood, were a good price, and seemed to be good quality from the picures. We have not been dissapointed.
