Where ordinary youth bedroom furniture becomes extraordinary sleep, study and storage. A complete youth bedroom in the space of a twin size bed. This versatile Mixter MaxTM loft bunk includes a twin size upper bunk and a study desk unit underneath. Desk is set up to handle computers or video games, hanging accessories from the keyholes that run across the back and are covered with plated aluminum disks when not in use. Made of heavy gauge powder coated tubular steel frames, Plated aluminum disks decorative inserts separate the frame, and Silver laminated work surface give this study loft the rugged construction to survive in any youth environment. Finished in Silver with plated aluminum accents.
Ladders are integrated on both ends of bed. Uses a standard twin size mattress (sold separately).
Only use a standard twin size mattress which is 74-75" long and 37.5-38.5" wide on the upper bunk. Bunk bed is tested and certified by an independent testing laboratory to meet all minimum requirements of ASTM 1427-07 and U.S. CFR 1213 and 1513. Maximum total weight is not to exceed 300 lbs. on the upper bunk.
