Merlot Twin Full Staircase Bunk with Trundle

First I'll list what I like about these bunk beds. These bunk beds went together easily. Took less than 3 hours. The stair/drawer part comes preassemebled which is a plus. The finish is very nice and looks great. The quality is pretty good and we got our order fairly quickly. The drawers are nice but on the smallish side. The stairs are so much better than a ladder.

What I don't like. There were knicks in the wood. We found some finish to touch it up and it's not too noticeable. The board for the trundle does not lay flat. Almost like it's warped and has a slight u shape. The shipper was supposed to call my cell prior to delivery so we could be there and inspect everything. They did not. They left the product in our garage but in a really bad spot. The trundle does not slide easily but we only got it for sleepover guest. The mattress has to be pretty thin to fit. All in all a great buy and a good product. Boys love it.

A great value. Very well thought out and engineered with assembly in mind. As a rule, I dread the thought of assembling furniture. This bed is the exception. I'm actually looking forward to moving so that I can build this one again. I'm absolutely thrilled with the bed, and the outstanding service I received from the seller. During assembly I found one relatively insignificant bolt that was defective. I e-mailed the seller. They replied quickly and almost immediately mailed the replacement part with a spare free of charge. GREAT VALUE, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT BED! I couldn't be more pleased.

This bed is the best. It took a little more than 3 hours to put together but great quality and even sent spare screws. My grandkids just love it. Is very space saving. Would recommend this to anybody looking for this kind of setup.
