Comment: The customer service at this company is very poor. We call with a question and spoke with Jackie and Mary and both were very condesending and rude. They kept interrupting us and wouldn't let us talk. We looked up the company with the better business bureau and found they had a F rating with 4 complaints in the past year with 2 unresolved!!

Comment: We just got this bed and it is great. It does have a smell but that is expected from the finish and is fading. The wood is soft so my husband used a small wood block to hammer on. Definatly need an electric screwdriver....It took him a couple of hours to assemble but he said it was user friendly. The trundle is great as it rolls out and is not attached so can go whereever.The bedd is really nice. Note: It is pretty tall. I gave it four stars because it did have a few very small flaws. Nothing worth returning just not 5 star.

Comment: I ordered 2 of these beds. With the free shipping these beds are worth the price. After shopping around and not finding what I wanted, I sayed I will give it a try. Being a first time shopper of Amazon I kept my fingers crossed and hoped for the best. I loved these beds and they are exactly what I was looking for in style, color and price. I got the beds and of course the 1st bed took longer to put together, then the 2nd one did. These beds are great!! Very steardy, easy to use, and worth every penny.

Comment: I brought this bed for my 3 year old son. He was so excited about getting his first big boy bed and already planning for her older sister to sleep over on the trundle. The bed arrived and we set about putting it togther......it took a little longer than I hoped because of my 3 year old helper :-). When we opened the box it did have a little smell but no more than any other new funiture I have brought. By the time my son went to bed that night it was completely set up and there was no smell at all.

We have been very happy with this bed and are so glad we brought it.

Comment: Well, the bed arrived when promised, and the design was what we hoped for. Thats the extent of the good news. The first bit of bad news is that this bed is made of the softest wood I've ever seen -- even the slightest bump would leave a large dent (e.g. dropping a small screwdriver during assembly from a height of less than 2 feet). Great for a kids room, right? Worse, the bed has serious offgassing problems. After weeks (yes, weeks) of trying to get the odor to go away (leaving the window open, then having a fan on it, then having a dehumidifier in the room with the window closed), the harsh (and likely toxic) smell of the wood/finish continued to dominate the room. So we finally gave up and deconstructed the bed. And when we contacted the seller about the problem? They only accept returns within 3 days of shipment, and only if the item hasn't been assembled. Yeah. Thus, you're left to guess when you open the box: are all the parts are included? are there structural problems? will the smell go away? Don't repeat our mistake in buying this.
