FREE SHIPPING Solid Wood Cinnamon Finish Mission Style Twin over Twin Brazilian Pine Bunk Beds or can be split to 2 Twin Beds. Can be separated in to matching twin beds. This bunk bed model has been tested by an independent laboratory and is in compliance with the ASTM F-1427 standard consumer safety specification for bunk beds and the government code of federal regulations 1213 and 1513. Finish is child-safe and lead free. All wood is fully sanded and protected with a clean smooth coating to prevent cracks and splinters. Solid Brazilian Pine - no particle board. Ladder rungs are flat (not vertical) for added comfort for your child's feet and can be either attached permanently with screws or hooked on and off. Set includes (4) Side Rails (2) Head Boards (2) Foot Boards (1) Ladder (26) Wood Slats and Guard Rails on both sides for the top twin bunk. Total bunk bed external dimensions are approx 62 high x 82 long x 42 inches deep. Bottom bunk is approx 11 inches off the floor - space between bottom bunk slats and top bunk slats (excluding the mattress) is approx 30 inches. No need for a bunkie board or a bunkie mattress as our bunk beds only require standard twin size (39 x 74 inches) mattresses. Hardware and instructions included - some assembly required. Summary: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 2010-08-10
Comment: The customer service at this company is very poor. We call with a question and spoke with Jackie and Mary and both were very condesending and rude. They kept interrupting us and wouldn't let us talk. We looked up the company with the better business bureau and found they had a F rating with 4 complaints in the past year with 2 unresolved!!

Comment: Don't buy this bed. The posts on the headboard/footboard combo are very heavy and are held to the together with two wooden dowels on each side. I took the one piece from the box and it collapsed on my big toe (causing major damage to my toe). The slats that support the mattress have pre-drilled holes that are way to close to the edge and I have found several of them to be split. There is also a couple of the slats that have "knotty pine" and are not fit for support. This bed is too flimsy. Good luck if you have a problem with your order because there is no return/refund policy in place. If I could rate this company a zero, I would.

Comment: I ordered this bunk bed in the cinnamon. at first i was a little skeptical about ordering them for that price. i didnt want something cheap. but after receiving them i could not have been more pleased. as i unpacked the box, i did notice one of the headboards was busted but all it took was a quick email to the company and they automatically got back to me with a phone call and with no questions asked and no extra shipping or other charges i had my new headboard a few days later. i actually got the beds up today and my 2 boys were so excited as i was that they were assembled. they are very sturdy and the color of them is beautiful. i would definately recommend these to anyone.

Comment: The bunk bed parts arrived quickly and undamaged. My husband and I put it together in a few hours. Very sturdy. Plenty of slats so a board under the mattress is not necessary. Instructions were understandable, but as the other reviewer said, look through the parts carefully! There are very slight differences in pre-drilled holes and even just marks for screws to go into for different parts. We were pleasantly surprised that for such a great price we got such a great product.

Comment: I have not received this item yet, and I will add more to the review once I do, but I wanted to review their customer service. I had a shipping issue that needed to be resolved and I found that their customer service was ten out of ten. I found that they were sincerely interested in helping me with my problem. I highly suggest purchasing from them based on their service.
I found it rather easy to put together. The instructions, do read them in detail, say that it is a two person job. Although there were points in the process where I wish I had a second person, it was doable with one person.
It is VERY important to pay close attention to the parts as some have pilot holes for screws which are particular to certain parts of the bed. Bottom line is if you follow the directions with care, it is easy to put together.
